Wiccan, Rising Magician - Marvel Super Heroes (Uncommon) [MSH-83]

Wiccan, Rising Magician is a 4/4 Mutant Warlock Hero from the Marvel Super Heroes set, featuring flying and a strong ability to manipulate the battlefield. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you can exile another target nonland, nontoken permanent, returning it at the beginning of the next end step, which can disrupt opponents' plans or protect your own threats. **As a Commander:** Wiccan fits well in a blue-focused control deck, leveraging its ability to control the board while casting noncreature spells. Its flying ability provides evasion, and the ability to exile permanents can be invaluable in various matchups, making it a viable choice as a commander for a strategy centred around noncreature spells.
