Vizier of the Menagerie - Magic: The Gathering Foundations: Starter Collection (Mythic) [SFDN-649]

Vizier of the Menagerie is a three-mana Snake Cleric from the Foundations set with the ability to let you look at the top card of your library at any time and cast creature spells from there, using mana of any type. This flexibility enables you to maintain card advantage and play creatures without relying solely on your hand, making it an asset in creature-heavy strategies like ramp or tribal decks. However, its effectiveness is limited if your library lacks a diverse array of creatures.
