When you cast Stimulus Package, it enters the battlefield and immediately generates two Treasure tokens for you. These tokens can be tapped and sacrificed to produce one mana of any colour, helping you ramp into larger spells or fix your mana. Additionally, you can sacrifice a Treasure token at any time to create a 1/1 green and white Citizen creature token, giving you a way to convert your excess mana into board presence. This card is particularly useful in decks that can generate or utilise additional mana, as it provides both immediate resources and a means to create creatures over time. However, keep in mind that it requires you to have a steady source of Treasures to make the most of its creature-creating ability, which can be limiting if your opponent removes your Treasures or if you don’t have enough mana to spare.
