Stall for Time is an instant spell that allows you to tap up to two creatures, effectively preventing them from attacking or blocking for a turn. If you pay an additional {1}{U} when you cast it, those creatures also get a stun counter, which means they’ll stay tapped even in the next untap step unless the counter is removed first. This card is particularly useful in controlling the board, buying you time to set up your strategy by drawing a card, but keep in mind that the kicker cost can strain your mana if you're not careful.
