Set Adrift allows you to exile cards from your graveyard to reduce its casting cost, making it easier to cast for just {U} late in the game. The ability to put a nonland permanent on top of its owner's library can disrupt an opponent's strategy by forcing them to redraw a key card. This sorcery works well in graveyard-centric decks and control strategies that aim to manage the board state.
