Riveteers Requisitioner is a 3/1 Lizard Rogue that can either be played for its regular cost of {1}{R} or for its blitz cost of {2}{R}. If you play it normally and it dies, you create a Treasure token, which can be sacrificed for one mana of any colour, helping with mana fixing or ramp. If you opt for the blitz cost, it enters the battlefield with haste, allowing you to attack immediately, and when it dies, you get to draw a card, providing some card advantage. This card is useful in aggressive decks where you want to deal quick damage while still generating resources when it dies. However, its low toughness means it can be easily removed, so you’ll want to play it when you can either protect it or take advantage of its abilities right away.
