River's Grasp is a versatile sorcery from Shadowmoor that allows you to either bounce a creature back to its owner's hand or force an opponent to discard a nonland card from their hand, depending on whether you spend blue or black mana. If you use both colours, you get to do both, providing excellent value by disrupting your opponent's strategy while maintaining board control. This card fits well in control and discard-focused decks, but its effectiveness can be limited if your opponent has few cards in hand or if they play creatures with strong ETB effects.
