Palace Jailer is a 2/2 Human Soldier from the Marvel Super Heroes Commander set that allows you to become the monarch upon entering the battlefield. It also exiles a target creature controlled by an opponent until someone else becomes the monarch, effectively removing a threat while giving you the chance to draw extra cards each turn as monarch. This card fits well in White control decks that focus on gaining card advantage and managing the board state, although it relies on maintaining the monarch status to maximise its value.
