Ominous Sphinx⁣ - Hour of Devastation⁣ (Uncommon)⁣ [41]

Ominous Sphinx is a 4/4 flying creature from Hour of Devastation that punishes your opponents whenever you cycle or discard a card, reducing the power of their creatures by 2 until the end of turn. This ability synergises well with decks that utilise cycling mechanics or discard outlets, providing both evasion and a way to weaken opposing threats. However, its reliance on cycling or discarding means it may not fit well in every blue strategy.
