Moonlit Strider is a versatile Spirit creature that you can use to protect your other creatures or to recur other Spirits from your graveyard. When you sacrifice it, you can choose a colour, and one of your creatures gains protection from that colour until the end of the turn, making it immune to damage and effects from that colour. Additionally, when Moonlit Strider dies, you can return a Spirit card with a mana value of 3 or less from your graveyard to your hand, allowing you to replenish your resources or bring back a key creature. This card is particularly useful in a Spirit-themed deck, where you can easily take advantage of its Soulshift ability to maintain board presence. However, its low power and toughness (1/4) means it won't be dealing damage, and you'll need to consider when to sacrifice it wisely to get the most value from its protection ability.
