Master Pakku - Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender (Uncommon) [TLA-63]

Master Pakku is a legendary Human Advisor Ally from Avatar: The Last Airbender that boasts Prowess, allowing it to grow in size whenever you cast a noncreature spell. Additionally, whenever it becomes tapped, you can mill cards from an opponent's library based on the number of Lesson cards in your graveyard, providing both a way to control your opponent's resources and a synergy with mill strategies. This creature is ideal for spell-heavy blue decks that aim to disrupt opponents while gaining incremental value. **As a Commander:** Master Pakku presents a compelling option for a blue mill deck, taking advantage of its ability to tap for milling while also benefiting from a spellcasting strategy. Its colour identity is mono-blue, allowing for a focus on control and manipulation, but it may also work effectively in the 99 of other blue-based decks that utilise noncreature spells.
