MACH-1, Swooping Scoundrel - Commander: Marvel Super Heroes: Extras (Common) [XMSC-662]

MACH-1, Swooping Scoundrel is a one-mana Artifact Creature from Marvel Super Heroes Commander with flying and a life-gain synergy that allows you to surveil 1 when it enters the battlefield or whenever you gain life. This ability helps you filter your draws, enhancing your strategy by allowing you to manage your library effectively. It fits well in life-gain decks, where gaining life is a common theme, but its limitation of only triggering once per turn means you’ll need to plan your life-gain opportunities carefully. **As a Commander:** MACH-1 offers a unique option for a life-gain themed Commander deck with its black colour identity, utilising strategies that focus on sustaining life while filtering through your library. Given its low mana cost and ability to surveil, it can serve as a solid choice for a 99 card strategy, but its abilities may not provide enough impact as a standalone Commander compared to other options.
