Evolution Witness is a 2/1 Elf Shaman that allows you to adapt for just {1}{G}, putting two +1/+1 counters on it if it has none. Each time it receives counters, you can return a permanent card from your graveyard to your hand, providing a consistent source of card advantage. This card fits well in green decks that utilise +1/+1 counter synergies or graveyard recursion strategies, but its low toughness makes it vulnerable to removal.
