Energy Flux is an enchantment from Fourth Edition that forces all artifacts to be sacrificed at the beginning of their controller's upkeep unless they pay {2}. This can disrupt opponents heavily reliant on artifact strategies, making it an effective tool against decks that use a lot of cheap or powerful artefacts. However, it does require a blue mana investment, so it fits best in control or tempo decks that can manage their resources wisely.
