Elusive Otter // Grove's Bounty - Commander: Secrets of Strixhaven (Rare) [SOC-306]

Elusive Otter is a 1/1 creature from Secrets of Strixhaven Commander that gains a +1/+1 counter whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, making it a great fit for spell-heavy blue decks. Its ability to grow quickly can pressure opponents while providing a low-cost creature to build around. Grove's Bounty, on the other hand, allows you to create a number of 1/1 green Plant creature tokens equal to the amount of mana you spent, offering a great way to flood the board in green strategies.
