Doomed Necromancer is a Human Cleric Mercenary from the Foundations Jumpstart set that allows you to pay {B} and tap it to sacrifice itself in order to return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. This ability provides excellent recursion, making it beneficial for strategies that rely on utilising powerful creatures that may have been lost during the game. However, its effectiveness can be limited by the need to have creatures in your graveyard to resurrect and the fact that it requires you to sacrifice the Necromancer itself.
