Donald Blake, Guise of Thor - Commander: Marvel Super Heroes: Extras (Uncommon) [XMSC-592]

Donald Blake, Guise of Thor is a 1/3 Human Doctor from the Marvel Super Heroes Commander set that possesses lifelink, providing valuable life gain in combat. His power-up ability allows you to turn him into a God Warrior Hero by adding +1/+1 counters and flying, making him a more formidable threat on the battlefield. This card fits well in lifegain strategies or decks that can efficiently utilise his transformation. **As a Commander:** Donald Blake offers an intriguing choice for a White-based Commander, focusing on lifegain and counter synergies. However, his ability to transform into a more powerful creature may work better in the 99, as his initial form lacks impactful abilities without support.
