Desperate Ravings⁣ - Commander 2019⁣ (Uncommon)⁣ [137]

Desperate Ravings is a red instant from Commander 2019 that allows you to draw two cards and then discard one at random, providing both card advantage and potential filtering. Its flashback ability for {2}{U} lets you cast it again from your graveyard, making it a valuable option for decks that utilise graveyard recursion or want to cycle through their cards quickly. This card fits well in spell-heavy red strategies or decks that benefit from randomness and card draw.
