Cement Shoes is an equipment that gives the creature it's attached to a substantial boost of +3/+3, making it much stronger in combat. However, at the beginning of your end step, the creature will tap and won't untap during your next untap step, meaning it can't attack or block during your opponent's turn unless you find a way to untap it. This card could be useful in a deck where you can benefit from a large creature that doesn’t need to attack every turn, perhaps to hold down the fort or to be used in combination with other effects that can untap it, but the downside is that it can leave you vulnerable if your opponent is ready to capitalise on your tapped creature.
