Brigone, Soldier of Meletis⁣ - Foundations Jumpstart⁣ (Rare)⁣ [30]

Brigone, Soldier of Meletis is a two-mana Human Soldier from the Foundations Jumpstart set with vigilance and a Heroic ability that allows you to place a +1/+1 counter on it whenever you cast a spell that targets it. This ability makes Brigone a solid choice for decks that focus on spell synergy and buffing creatures, as it can grow stronger with each spell you cast. Additionally, you can tap Brigone to draw a card by removing a +1/+1 counter, providing card advantage while maintaining board presence. Limitations include its low base toughness, which may make it vulnerable to removal. **As a Commander:** Brigone offers an interesting option for a white-focused Heroic deck, emphasising spells that target your creatures. While it can lead your strategy, it may shine more effectively in the 99 of a more comprehensive build, utilising support cards that enhance targeting spells.
