Aetherflame Wall is a defensive creature that can’t attack but is useful for blocking, especially against creatures with shadow, which normally can’t be blocked. For just two mana, you get a solid 0/4 wall, and you can pay a red mana to give it a temporary boost of +1/+0, making it a bit more threatening if you need to deal some damage or surprise your opponent. Its main downside is that it can't attack, so while it can hold the fort quite well, it won't contribute to your offensive plans unless you’ve got another way to leverage its ability.
